December 6 2022 — Rebecca Bird, CHANGE+ACTION=STRENGTH, “Resilience Tools for Holidays, Finals, and Every Day”

This virtual workshop will focus on providing resilience tools to apply during holidays, finals, and in every day life. There will be an overview of the resilience platform as well as tools to help you create value-based goals and find your
strengths. Rebecca Bird is an assistant professor in the College of Health Professions Medical Lab Science program. She has 27 years of Air Force military service to include guard, reserve, and active duty. Bird currently serves as a
lieutenant colonel in the Arkansas Air National Guard. She has been a master resilience trainer since 2017.
