In 2021, the Pathways Academy team facilitated a number of introductions and follow-up meetings with community stakeholders and partners for each of our four regional sites. After several recruitment events; professional teacher development sessions and touring facilities to confirm design and infrastructure requirements, Pathways Academy pilot year was launched! In May of 2022, Pathways Academy kicked off our very first Summer Intensive two-week camp in Hot Springs, and Springdale. As interest and support grew, the Pathways Academy leadership team decided to extend the program to: Helena/West Helena, Jonesboro and Arkadelphia.
